Grantee Reporting Information
Organizations receiving grants from the Knox County Community Foundation are required to submit both a six-month progress report and a final report at project completion. However, if an organization's project is complete by the six-month report deadline, the Grantee Final Report should be submitted in lieu of the Grantee Six-month Report.
Responsible reporting is a requirement of receiving a grant. Failure to submit a report in a timely manner may affect an organization's eligibility to be considered for future grants. It is the responsibility of the grantee organization to assure that all information typed into the grant reports is legible and complete. Reporting deadlines are indicated in the grant agreement.
Because updates to the grant report forms have just been completed, the Knox County Community Foundation will accept Grantee Six-month Report Forms (due December 1, 2009) throughout the month of December without being considered late.
